Since the late 1950s, Piaget has been a pioneer in ultra-thin watchmaking. On several occasions, this watchmaking house has set records for thinness, whether in manual-winding or automatic mechanical movements. Building on this momentum, Piaget developed its own quartz caliber, the 7P, in 1976, which was the thinnest of its time at the time.
It is the caliber 857P that powers this slim and elegant reference 80231. The beaded bezel and Roman numeral dial place this piece at the pinnacle of Piaget classicism.
