Withdrawal and Return Period

In accordance with consumer law, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your decision to return an item, without having to provide any reason. Once this decision has been notified, you have an additional period of 14 days to physically ship the item back to us. However, we encourage you to return the item as soon as possible, so that we can process your refund as quickly as possible.

Return Conditions

The item must be returned to us together with its accessories and the Vintage Watch Spirit box, as well as, to the extent possible, the original packaging in which it was shipped to you.

You may examine the item as you would in a store; any depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning may be deducted from the refund amount, including, where applicable, up to the full value in the event of significant damage such as a drop, impact, or breakage - particular care is required for vintage watches, whose original condition determines their value.

Return Procedure

1. Contact our customer service at contact@vintagewatchspirit.com, stating your order number and, if you wish, the reason for the return.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label along with shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item, if possible in its original packaging, to the address indicated, within the period mentioned above.

For orders outside the EU: Please make sure the package is clearly marked as "Returned Goods" on all customs documents, to avoid any delays or additional customs charges.

Return Costs

The cost of the return label includes the shipping fees, which vary depending on your location and will be communicated to you when the label is sent, as well as the package insurance fee, calculated at a flat rate of €10 per €1,000 of the value of the returned item. This total amount is deducted from the refund, except in the event of a defective product or an error on our part, in which case these costs are fully covered by Vintage Watch Spirit.

Refund

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, via your original payment method.

Exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return procedure above and place a new order.

Defective Product or Error

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us, preferably within 48 hours, at contact@vintagewatchspirit.com so that we can process your request quickly. This timeframe in no way limits your rights under the legal warranty of conformity (12 months, as our watches are sold second-hand) and the warranty against hidden defects, which remain applicable beyond this period.

Exclusions

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (for example, an engraving or a custom modification requested by you), where applicable.
