Refund policy

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item. After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to process your request.

 

Eligibility Requirements

To be accepted, any returned item must meet the following conditions:

- Be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- Be accompanied by its original packaging and all accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) from Vintage Watch Spirit.

 

Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at contact@vintagewatchspirit.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions from us.
  3. Ship the item in its original packaging to the address provided.
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.


For orders outside the EU: Please ensure that the package is clearly marked as “Returned Goods” on all customs documents to avoid any delays or additional customs fees.

 

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days via your original payment method. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, unless the error was on our part.

 

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return procedure and place a new order.

 

Defective Product or Error

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours at contact@vintagewatchspirit.com
