Every watch ordered from Vintage Watch Spirit is carefully packaged, shipped, and insured for its full value at no extra cost, worldwide.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods (holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped.

Partner Carriers
Your orders are shipped via UPS/FedEx/DHL. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is shipped, allowing you to track your delivery in real time.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping
- Standard Shipping is free in France and includes insurance.
- Shipped via UPS/FedEx/DHL.
- A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is shipped, allowing you to track your delivery in real time.
- Packages are shipped on business days from Monday to Friday.
- Discreet and neutral packaging for security reasons.
Damaged or Lost Package
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@vintagewatchspirit.com, attaching photos of the package and its contents. If your package is lost, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier as soon as possible.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return an item, in accordance with French law on the right of withdrawal (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code).
Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
